As a Key Account Manager on Dynapower's Clean Energy team, you'll manage inbound inquiries, write proposals, interface with our application engineers on pricing and system design, organize project hand-off documentation, and overall support the Segment Manager in all aspects of the sales process. As one of the painters in our Sheet Metal department, you are responsible for cleaning and prepping our sheet metal panels so you can then apply primer and finishing coats of paint. This ensures our product not only looks good but can also withstand any environmental conditions it may be exposed to. As an Equipment Repair Technician on our RMA (Return Material Authorization) team, you'll focus on receiving returned customer's equipment (such as converters and transformers) that is in need of repairs. You will clean it, figure out what's wrong, and fix the equipment so it can go back out to the customer. You’re a problem solver who loves troubleshooting an issue and finding the root cause. As a Material Handler at Dynapower, you facilitate the receiving, storing, moving, and shipping of supplies, stock, and materials. As a member of our test team, you are responsible for inspecting, testing and repairing all Dynapower product lines to ensure we continue to produce to the high-quality standard we’re known for. You have a good working knowledge of AC/DC theory and Ohm’s Law and are familiar with 3 phase power low and medium voltage. You know how to read electric and electronic diagrams and engineering prints and can use them to visualize the final product and figure out how to put it together. You have good interpersonal skills and are a great team member. You'll make $22 to $30 per hour (plus a 10% shift premium), get a $2000 signing  bonus, AND be eligible for all your medical benefits (health/dental/vision) on your first day! We have a flexible start for our 2nd shift so you can start anytime between 12pm and 2pm - an 8-hour shift plus 30 min. lunchbreak will have you finish your day between 8.30pm and 10.30pm.   

As a member of our final assembly team, you are responsible for putting together our final products, bringing together all the work and parts from the other teams that share the production floor with you. Once assembled, the products just need a final test before they can go on to our customers. You are good at organizing your own work and keeping track of the different steps required to assemble our products. You’re a skilled problem solver and work well with others. You may be a novice at mechanical and electrical assembly, or you already have lots of experience (we’re hiring for all levels), but either way you're excited to help us power a cleaner planet. You'll make $20 to $30 per hour (plus a 10% shift premium), get a $2000 signing bonus, AND be eligible for all your medical benefits (health/dental/vision) on your first day! We have a flexible start for our 2nd shift so you can start anytime between 12pm and 2pm - an 8-hour shift plus 30 min. lunchbreak will have you finish your day between 8.30pm and 10.30pm.   

As an Electrical Engineer - Clean Energy, you'll focus on supporting all aspects of electrical design on Dynapower's Clean Energy suite of product lines and custom projects (such as energy storage systems), with additional support for R&D and our Military Defense product line. You'll be responsible for the electrical design, simulation, and validation of 50 kW to 3 MW scale grid-tied inverters, other power conversion equipment, and power systems controls.
