As an assembler on our panel wiring team, you'll put together the control panels for our rectifiers by gathering the components, using engineering prints to figure out where they go, mounting them in place and installing the wires. You are good at organizing your own work and keeping track of the different steps required to assemble our products. You may be a novice at electrical assembly, or you already have lots of experience (we’re hiring for all levels), but either way you're excited to help us power a cleaner planet. On an average day, you'll

• Get components from the part kit and lay them out on the sub panel 
• Mount and secure the panel components using the engineering prints
• Install all the wiring and labels on the panels (using basic wiring skills) 
• Put safety first, all day every day

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Electrical assembly experience preferred

The pay range for this role is $18 to $25 per hour. Your final compensation will depend on your level of experience in similar roles. In addition to these competitive wages, you’ll also get to enjoy numerous benefits, such as:

This is a full-time, non-exempt position scheduled from Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m (but we have flexible hours, allowing you to start your day anytime between 6 and 8 a.m.). This position works in a manufacturing production environment. This role routinely uses standard personal protective equipment such as required Safety Glasses and Safety shoes as well as hearing protection and gloves, as required.
